Routine maintenance and our no quibble tyre policy are included with your contract.

Should you have the need to book maintenance work, arrange tyre fitments, or be in a breakdown situation, TCH Assist has got it all covered.

Service Booking

As servicing schedules differ for every vehicle, the information supplied by the manufacturer of your vehicle can provide details on how often your vehicle should be serviced, and some vehicles will also display on the dashboard when a service is due, or attention is required.

MOT Booking

Should your car reach three years of age, it becomes a legal requirement to have an MOT test. Tests can be booked up to one month (minus a day) in advance of the renewal date.

Tyre Repair or Replacement

With our no-quibble* tyre policy you can arrange for tyre repair or replacement through our agreement with Kwik Fit.

Appointments can be made at Kwik Fit centres or mobile at a location convenient to you. Kwik Fit are open 363 days of the year.

*Stolen or vandalised tyres are excluded from this policy.

Breakdown Assistance

Breakdown cover is included with your contract. Following the initial period of manufacturer cover, our cover is provided in association with The AA and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Should you need to call the AA, you can ring 0333 800 1451. Please consult the information provided by your vehicle manufacturer for details of the initial cover provided.

Our cover includes:

  • Roadside Assistance and Home Start – If you break down the AA will attend your location to provide assistance. If they can’t fix your car at the roadside, they’ll take you and any passengers to a local garage.
  • National Recovery and Relay Plus – If the AA can’t fix your car at the roadside, they’ll take you, your car, and any passengers to a mainland UK destination. In the event that they can’t repair the car at a local garage, they’ll also provide travel options to you, such as overnight accommodation, public transport, or a hire car for 48 hours.
